(Business) Analyst for Investment Management Processes and Systems (m/f/d)

Our Investment Management Operations team, responsible for process and systems administration for investment management, is looking for an Analyst to support the following key team tasks:

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive support in administration of existing tools and systems for investment management
  • Proactive support to implementation and further improvement of investment management tools and systems, in coordination with other departments
  • Defining and fine-tuning business requirements for development of new tools and systems for investment management
  • Support in delivery and roll-out of new tools and software for investment management, including acceptance testing
  • Development of concepts for regular reports on investment-related topics for internal and external purposes
  • Leveraging available O365 tools and standard features for O365 tool

What we expect:

  • A degree or economics/ finance with strong IT-affinity or a degree in business information technology paired with sufficient relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation, including writing skills on e.g. business requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in O365 for business (especially SharePoint and Teams)
  • Experience in SharePoint development including e.g. Flow, Lists and Power Appsis a plus
  • Professional experiences as a member of a software implementation team (within a business department, ideally in the financial sector) is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
  • Self-motivating and open-minded attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
