Currently we are looking for a new team member in the position:
Financial-Administrative Assistant (m/f)
What are you going to do:
• You match invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices.
• You work closely with the Finance Associate and/or Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance
• You close invoices (payments and other closure methods).
• You input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
• You organize and store paperwork and other documents to computer-based databases.
• You answer the phone and give services to other company employees and customers.
• You call customers regarding payment issues or missing paperwork.
• You perform other tasks required by the employer (may be additionally given orally or in writing)
More about you:
• You are fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• You posses high school education Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• You have advanced knowledge of computer work, you are proficient in MS Office, you can use email,
• You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person.
• You posses exceptional professional communication skills, ability to work in a team, ability to work in fast
paced environment, ability to multi task.
