SPACE44 is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Recruiter to join our team and manage our global hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with a deep understanding of sourcing and HR tools and techniques.
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring that we hire the most qualified individuals who align with our business objectives. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.   • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications that align with the company's needs
  • Source and attract top talent using various channels such as social media, professional networks, and job boards
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Conduct in-depth interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process


  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting methods and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring candidates in technical roles, such as software engineers, software developers, data scientists, and IT professionals
  • Understanding of technical terms and concepts, and the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Experience working with remote teams, cross-functional teams and international teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry-specific recruiting trends and best practices in technical recruiting
  • Headhunting experience is a must
