Job Description:
Cape Ann Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and
Marketing Associate to join our local team in Tuzla Office, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in various tasks including market research focusing on North America, lead generation, social media engagement, sales & marketing content creation, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends Assist with lead generation and qualifying leads for the sales team
Support the sales team with sales collateral development and presentations Assist with social media engagement and content creation
Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations
Work collaboratively with the sales & marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging
Analyze data and provide insights on sales and marketing performance Contribute to and maintain the Zoho CRM leads database
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English language skills (C1 Level) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools Basic knowledge of market research and analysis
Dependable, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
