Job Title: Finance Analyst

Function: Finance
Finance Analyst role is part of Corporate Finance team with focus on accounting and finance activities and cash management. The role has very close interactions with sales, vendors and customers as well as Cluster Finance team and Regional Shared Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Effective and timely delivery of Procure to Pay services including invoice and credit note management, payment request and follow-up
- Effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash services, receipt of incoming payments, collection management
- Effective and timely delivery of General Ledger services including the preparation of journal entries, fixed asset transactions, bank clearing and period closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure properly analyze formal and tax correctness of the posting documentation
- Providing support for Group IFRS and Local Statutory reporting
- Communication with Vendors and Customers in dispute cases
- Daily communication with Finance Shared Service in Romania
- Master Data maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting of related fields from a Reputable University
- 3 + years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in multinational companies
- Certified Accountant license preferred
- Having good command of accounting, tax legislations and reporting
- Experience in the preparation and submission of P&L, Balance Sheet and VAT returns is an advantage
- Good command of English and local languages
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
- Preferably having knowledge on SAP FI/COP
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Good organizational skills, good executor with high level of personal responsibility for the job
