The successful candidates will work on BIM Modeling and additional BIM related activities, mainly in Revit. 

We are seeking an experienced architect with expertise in Revit for our offices in Mostar and Sarajevo. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for execution planning and coordinating Revit modelling in various project phases. If you have 2-3 years of architectural experience and excellent knowledge of Revit, we invite you to apply.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture
General understanding of building construction
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in architecture.
Excellent knowledge of Revit.
Good understanding of architectural standards and regulations

Responsibilities:

Creating and editing 3D models of building structures using Autodesk Revit
Perform tasks of adding information to 3D BIM models as per details given by a Project Leader
Working based on estimated time, SOW and BEP
Generating technical drawings and details for different stages of the project
Setting parameters and specifications for materials, dimensions, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with the project and local regulations
Collaborating with other members of the project team, such as engineers, designers, and consultants, to ensure the integration of all necessary information into the model
Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the modelling and drawing production
Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for better project management, change tracking, and the creation of accurate construction documents
