What will you do:
  • Contribute in Customer Care strategy development,planning and deployment of activities and processes in line with effective business model.
  • Involve and closely collaborate with other business functions to achieve business goals and perform lean, highquality execution in Customer Care
  • Coordinate 3 rd party contact centre team: Make sure that the quality of services received correspond to business needs and internal standards
  • Ensure that meaningful & accurate communication flow is developed for call center team to ensure they are always up to date with market activities. 
  • Ensure monthly maintenance of Global/Local Talking points in contact center, enabling them to consistently handle customer inquiries & complaints across service touchpoints; 
  • Develop functional trainings in order to ensure successful implementation and compliance of the processes in the field.
  •  Assist contact centre team in case they need additional support
  • Gain consumer insights and provide inputs to other departments
  • Ensure that customer care related objectives and KPIs are in line with agreed targets
  • Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code guidelines and PMI procedures.
If you have:
  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care,Customer Service or similar roles
  • 3rd party management or team leading experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical mindset with good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active driver’s license will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English and local language
