Our mission is to guide clients to the best solution for their energy and water supply needs. We are now looking for a People Recruitment & Legal Assistant to help strengthen our team in Sarajevo.

As a People Recruitment & Legal Assistant, you will take ownership of working with legal frameworks, recruitment, and people operations. The candidate chosen for this role will learn and undergo extensive training in the fields of legal regulations regarding private companies, employment, and recruitment practices. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have effective time management, be a problem solver, have strong control of emotional intelligence, and be ready to take on new challenges in a growing environment. The company is known for its ongoing professional growth and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating company documents
  • Liaising with the legal team to align business practices and legal framework
  • Maintaining job classifications and requirements
  • Managing health and safety protocols
  • Managing employee documents
  • Monitoring/recording regional employee attendance and creating appropriate documents to justify such attendance records
  • Organising and managing a portion of company archives
  • Learning about the current workforce and their roles/capabilities
  • Understanding recruitment requirements and creating appropriate job adverts
  • Working with third-party companies to advertise for vacant positions
  • Managing and reviewing incoming applications from candidates applying for specific vacancies
  • Managing the recruitment, job invitation, and onboarding process
  • Conducting interviews along with other managers to seek the best candidates
  • Working on other tasks to assist the People Operations department
