Job description
The Administrative Assistant provides diversified administrative support to our service line  professionals. May also provide administrative support to service line or engagement-specific teams. They use experience, skills and knowledge and maintain a current understanding of organizational policies, procedures and practices. Administrative Assistants also collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data; and may coordinate projects and deadlines directly or through others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documents Preparation & Management
  • Point of contact for all Administrative support activities needed to service line team members for effective execution of engagements
  •  Collection of accounting documents from Client premises, sorting, coding and scanning
  • Other Administrative support in providing accounting and compliance services (i.e. communication with tax office, client, other institutions as needed)
  • Developing relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and becoming a team resource
  • Assisting to project team members in local and especially virtual team settings
  • Working closely with service line team members to receive timely feedback, providing quality service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Responding to clients’ needs; ensuring all queries/concerns are resolved with the client and adhere to firm policy
  • Position requirements

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Excellent use of English language
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); Skillful attention to details and self-assurance of quality of work performed
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn standard firm software and other relevant applicants and technical/office equipment

Ideally, you will also have:
