Most of the things we’re doing to boost our self-esteem are completely wrong. We tend to focus on external things like changing our career or changing the way we look to in order to increase our self-esteem but that’s not the way it works.

Whenever we make changes on the outside to solve issues on the inside we set ourselves up for failure. This is not the key to confidence or how we build self-esteem.
