Ilma Ramcevic, currently works at Google as a Video Specialist, where she leads the thinking on how to use YouTube for advertising. She will tell us more about the invaluable importance of the way we present and communicate, no matter the context.
How the way we say things sometimes overshadows even what we say. She will share her preparation techniques and training methods she uses when coaching others at Google and outside on how to perfect their public speaking or elevator pitch.
Ilma Ramčević is an international professional with over 10 years experience in advertising, media, sales and entertainment. Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, grew up in Germany, lived in London, Wroclaw, Dublin and currently based in Dubai. She spent the last 5 years working at Google, where today, as a Video Specialist, she leads the thinking on how to use YouTube for advertising. Over the last years she has worked closely with international clients such as UNICEF, Unilever, Coca Cola, L’Oreal, Emirates, Allianz, BMW, Samsung, Amazon, Replay and many others. She started her career in Sarajevo as a TV Presenter and Chief Editor, including projects like the Eurovision and other prime-time television content. She is a former Creative Agency Account Executive.
Throughout her career, however, she has found one common thread and area of specialization: The art of presenting. As Senior coach and trainer, she worked with over 500 individuals on their Storytelling and Presentation skills. The talk will build on experiences Ilma gathered from 50+ conferences and event speaker engagements around the world.
