Open Online Training is a virtual workshop organised by trainers – members of Trainers’ Forum community for external public. Main target group of this training are volunteers working in nonprofit organisations. Through this activity we would like to support you in making the world a bit better place.
You can still apply if you are not working in any organisation. The key selection criteria is the motivation to learn 🙂

During this training we will go over the difference between communication and facilitation. Participants will learn: what is efficient facilitation, how does it fit in the roles they play as a leader and how to conduct efficient meetings. It will include some tips and tricks to keep in mind when being a leader.
If you are leading a team in your work, organisation or even a family – you shouldn’t miss this session. Efficient facilitation will help you decrease chances of conflicts, shorten meetings, increase general participation of your team in the discussion, get better ideas and plans everyone is willing to contribute to!
Trainer: Irina Botezatu. An avid and enthusiast learner with 10+ years of experience in learning and development, both in the national system of education and in the private sector.
She has graduated a master degree in Adult Education and currently works in a position of a senior trainer in a multinational company, managing the learning and development aspects for the financial department.
She develops and delivers learning programs from onboarding and core competency programs to high potential and leadership to an audience spread out across the globe: China, India, Romania, UK, US, Costa Rica.
